Hi Geoffrey, greetings. I am trying to use #OptaPlanner to solve a visit scheduling problem.A Set of employee needs to visit customers over a week's period. Need to take business constraints/inputs in allocation of visits.
Eg: Max visits, priority of customers, leave, availability of employee, availability customer pref date etc. Once a day's visit is planned, need to use TSP for optimized travel.
Seems like Employee roster example comes close.
Any pointers would be helpful.
