    This is awesome Brandon, thanks! I've got some injury accumulation over the last couple years and your points about starting the session focusing on those weaknesses and sources of injury are a better frame of mind for me to start from when planning my programs

      @@bsmitley dude when I crossed over 30 I realized that unsexy stuff is the key to doing this into actual old age
