they are a dance group named quick style. where their friend of their dance crew is getting married in that video. it's is to honour him and a gift to his wedding. this quick style group choreographed BTS and won many awards internationally
The group members are Pakistani twin brothers (one of whom was getting married, that you saw in the end)and a Thai - so 3 people. They started a dance studio to teach dance and the rest were their team members/students

That was awesome performance and reaction as well.
Nasir is the best hypeman within Quick Crew/Quick Style,as he is just naturally smiling and happy all the time,really good at acting out songs he is dancing to,always the funniest guy out of the 3,and is always in full control of even the most demanding dance moves. Here is (abit too late but hopefully helpful info for you Jade) They were looking at the wedding couple the entire time,and theyr goofy facial expressions are always on point lol. Nasir especially is an expert there!
The always smiling,always charming gentleman with the ponytail and blue + white suit is Nasir Sirikhan, the gentleman in grey + white suit and beard is Bilal Malik,who also functions as the crews group manager. The Groom towards the end wich Bilal reached out a hand to,was his twin brother Suleman Malik. This was Sulemans real life wedding. Theese 3 had to fight theyr parents over dancing,as theyr parents didnt look highly upon theyr sons wasting theyr time on dancing growing up,and certainly not making a living out of it. Theese days theyr parents have learned from theyr past mistake,and are very proud of theyr sons for being 3 of the worlds greatest dancers in the world.

Quick Style, The Duels 06/20/2017 @ World of Dance 2017 This is them winning the judges over (especially Jennifer Lopez loves them!),every judge is amazed by theyr performance.
They also have a sideproject with multiple videos,that has landed them many sponsors: Strawhatz - Kimono (Many reactors loves this already)
Here is a funfact about them,thoose 3 alone goes by Quick Crew or Quick Style wich is theyr official youtube channel and represents the style of dance they do (quick and synced). But any student under them that learns theyr choreography in theyr own dance studio,is considered a part of Quick Crew (if they want) And this is why you see multi cultural dancers from all backgrounds with the 3 main members. I think sometimes they prefer to call themselfs Quick Style when they are only 3,but when they have theyr students and friends with them,its easier to go by Quick Crew as they are more people. But for the most part they call themselfs Quick Crew or just Quick.
Here they are dancing with students in a workshop in China,together with theyr friend,American dancer,model and actress Jade Chynoweth (and since your name is Jade too,i thought this would be perfect in mentioning for you): Quick Crew - Wait a minute by Willow Smith (featuring Jade Chynoweth) I always love to watch the chemistry they have with Jade,making her smile and laugh. They are massively popular across Europe and in Asia already.
Here is another good one from theyr workshop in China,where a massive amount of students wants them to teach them choreography: Quick Crew - Unforgettable by French Montana (UA workshop China) Here they enter a session with students,thanking them for coming (Nasir talking to them) and you can hear how excited they are from the moment the guys comes in,with laptops etc (Nasir is being really funny with several of the students,you will love this video): 『QUICK CREW』Workshop @Willow Smith - Wait a Minute!/ 20180924
YAKfilms (known for making hip hop dance and music videos) and Quick Style stopping traffic in Asia,by them dancing in the streets (its short but really good): French Montana - Unforgettable ft. EDIT: Yeah it was family members of the wedding couple coming to join and celebrate at the very end,thats why you see both Bilal and Suleman burst out laughing when one of them got abit too excited to dance with the groom. He had gotten abit tipsy at this point i think

2 brothers only are from Pakistan origin rest are from Norway, Thai but all born n raised in Norway.. thank God 🙏 If those 2 brothers were in Pakistan, then God knows how it became so popular because dance music is considered haram in Islamic countries. 😂
