      Steve Dey they are 4 levers, on pass side. they are independent brakes so you can control each wheel.

      @cowpertrucks4954  Před 6 lety +2

      Hi Steve. Very much a team effort with the co-driver controlling the 4 x independent brakes. These are used for traction and manoeuvrability.

      @musiccylinderK6 Před 6 lety +1

      But does the driver also have a general brake? Do the independent ones just "add" bite? For instance, when coming down the hills and having to brake, does the driver brake or is it all up to the co-driver? That would mean they have to pull up to 4 levers at the same time, don't think that's the case

    Is there tire tread restrictions? Seems like there are better tires for this then I'm seeing on these.

      Posi is just a type of limted slip specific to GM axles.

      Most trucks run a form of locker in the front and open rear. Rear is open so can steer with rear brakes. Front is either ARB or Hydro LSD which is a hydraulically pressurised LSD. Typically operated by micro switches on independent brake levers. System is presurised by Air over hydraulic and released when levers pulled for turning.

      @MrWombatty Před 6 lety

      Certain that at least one of the trucks has two central levers (along with the co-driver's 4x brake-levers) which release the lockers!

      @@hijinx4x4trialsteam89 its not really the point, its just what happens. If that was the point then why even run all the other trucks? What they should do is start with small tire trucks then move up by size
