@@PLATINUM2U Mitsubishi... fujitshu.. daikin.. midea... these are the leaders in minisplits.. great products.. great parts availability.. great warranties.. great manufacturer support.. great dealer network.. great distributor network... this is my experiences in residential and commercial/ industrial . the longest lasting chinese minisplits that I have seen, lasted only 6 yrs or less.. chinese ac/heat is not allowed in commercial/industrial applications... chinese minisplits are not worth fixing, designed to be disposable . The units I recommend are proven reliability and very high efficiency in residential, commercial/ industrial. Fujitshu/ Mitsubishi diamond dealers can give you a 12 yr warranty..
Cooper&Hunter stuff is really cool! Use it for 3+ years and it rools. Others suck

In all areas ... the chinese minisplits have little to no manufacturer support.. no dealer network.. no real distribution network.. little to no parts.. warranty means nothing(call china).. there has been many many occasions where customers had to wait months for parts .. can you imagine waiting for months to get parts from china to fix your minisplit in the middle of summer! This was before covid. fujitshu can offer a 12 yr warranty with diamond dealers.. diamond dealers are hvac companies that Excell in installation/ service of fujitshu... go to manufacturers websites to find the diamond dealers.. Mitsubishi has a great warranty also... these systems are commercial/ industrial proven! As well as residential!
Pioneer unite maybe the number one unit ,but their warranty and customer service are very bad.
