My son asked do cops shoot us? So I brought him in to the police station and the duty officer let my son use his radio and talked with him for about 20 minutes. Such a cool experience

Yeah, shows you what sort of mind games these people play. In reality, she's more likely to be shot by people in her own neighbourhood and the media will sweep it under the rug.
Obviously, someone told her/indoctrinated her with this fear. She didn't just think it up. Police brutality is real, but it is way, way, way overblown.
That's the narrative her family members have likely pushed onto her to believe. so many people are developing victim mentalities and they're passing it onto their kids unfortunately.

We have police officers in our hometown who arrive at yearly before the bells ring to help young students with reading assignments and homework. They also stop by the neighborhoods to play basketball in the afternoons. It’s a small town, but the kids of all colors are hopefully learning to trust them and make better choices. This little girl touched this officer’s heart! I wish people knew how kind most officers really are.

An example would be in my Hometown. An officer was killed while saving a guy who had collapsed while crossing the Rails, the guy survived but the officer was killed and it didn’t even get Regional Coverage. It only got local coverage..

Actually, most cops are like this, media only shows the bad ones though. The anti-cop agenda that the blm movement is pushing wouldn’t share videos like this of cops being good people. Now that I think about it I haven’t seen anyone showing clips like this on social media. But once they have a bad cop on tape, everyone is quick to repost that. It is quite unfortunate that the media only likes to show everyone one side of the story.
Cops are trained to not trust anyone. You’re not supposed to be “buddy buddy” with a strangers because they could easily be fooling them to hurt/kill them. Just like you’re taught “don’t talk to strangers”, they are taught NOT TO TRUST STRANGERS. Treat them all the same - as if they could POSSIBLY be a threat. Stay on guard.

Apparently I found that it’s normal for young kids (as in even toddlers) to literally HIDE from police when they come near them/their area even if they aren’t doing any thing wrong.
