Chefs usually have terrible diets, makes sense really you don't spend 12 hours a day prepping and cooking food to then do the same in your off time, so every single one I've known has basically lived off coffee, take out and instant noodles kind of ironic.
A regular chef making tons of money, four stars, 25 hours, that being an “easy” meal… Yep, sounds about right😂 All honesty though, that looked delicious. I loved those fried, almost rillete-like logs with the duck confit. They looked amazing🤩
