How To Tell If Someone Is Lying | 4 Reasons Why You Should Not Lie

Just giving out some reasons why you should not lie. I just came out of a four year relationship. Lying causes major relationship problems and I have some valuable tips for others that may be struggling with telling the truth.
Here are a few signs of how to tell if someone is lying.
You are being lied to if they have, or are doing...
1.) Nervousness in voice.
2.) Fidgeting or nervous body language.
3.) Switching up behavior from things they used to do that they don't do anymore.
4.) Major unexplained changes in their behavior for reasons unbeknownst to you.
5.) They won't make eye contact when speaking with you about whatever it is they are lying about.
6.) They are vague and won't answer you directly.
I'm pretty sure this list can get pretty long but there are just a few signs that someone is lying to you. I hope this helps.
