- Hey y'all, welcome back to my channel! Today's video is something a little different, but I couldn't resist checking it out. As a die-hard country music fan, I've got a special place in my heart for classic tunes like "Amazing Grace." But guess what? I stumbled upon a metal version of this timeless song, and let me tell you, it's a wild ride!
This is Grandma from Texas. Great reaction. Thank you. I think Dan Vasc turned this precious old hymn into an anthem. This is the way this song was meant to be sung and we didn’t even know it til Dan Vasc showed us. ✝️🇺🇸

As a country fan, you might like to check out Dan's version of Elvis Presley's 'American Trilogy' which Dan recorded to honor his father a few days after he passed away.
He also does a heartbreaking version of 'Love me tender'.
He also has made some incredibly beautiful renditions of traditional folksongs like 'Loch Lomond', 'Scarborough fair', and some quite interesting Christian songs, like 'For all', 'oh come all ye faithful', 'Angel's we have heard on high', and 'Gethsemane'.
He also does pure opera, like 'Nessun dorma', 'Time to say goodbye', and has several songs from 'Phantom of the opera'.
If you want to explore more into his metalstuff, I'll recomment 'The last stand', 'Bring me to life', 'My mother told me', and 'Sleeping sun'.

Dan Vasc is the TOTAL PACKAGE!!! He's got the beautiful hair, dreamy eyes, handsome all over & with that absolutely gorgeous talented range in his wonderful voice! This man knows how to give me chills all over! I FELT every word & emotion of this song. I love how absolutely tender, raw & delicate he started the song even with the slight echo & with each verse exposing more talent & intensity. Dan Vasc has a God given talent that he has perfected over years of hard work into what it is today, devine & magnificent!!! He sang this song the way it was MEANT to be sung with such RESPECT, emotion & with a POWERFUL impact. I FELT the presence of GOD!!! This is the absolute very BEST version of 'Amazing Grace' that I've EVER heard in my ENTIRE life & I'm old (LOL). God BLESS Dan Vasc for sharing his wonderful talent & this video with the world! This is something the entire world could use more of if they only would do just that... use & show God's Amazing Grace! 💕🎶✝️🎶💕

I love ALL types of music, I've heard Dan sing classical to metal. He puts so much energy in all that he does but he's mostly an amazing metal singer.

Dan Vasc is phenomenal. Vascnation loves this arrangement. There is none better. I hope you and your wife are BOTH subscribed to his CZcams channel. Dan sings many genres of music and his covers are as good or better than the originals. He is arguably the best vocalist on the planet. I hope you'll react to more DV. There is so much to love. That's exactly how I felt too 😂. Dan Vasc easily makes any already good song even better. Every song he covers is never a copy, but rather unique❤️. Dan is very deliberate when he chooses a song. He sings with joy and passion. His fan base is incredibly protective of him. We will follow those who respect and appreciate everything he does. He has a good heart.

First time here and right away I get a feeling that you are a very kind and gentle man even with that noose tatoo on your arm. Love that you stand instead of sit and the way you sway side to side. This song by Dan is by far my favorite version of Amazing Grace I've ever heard. He has an amazing voice and I also love how beautifully he sings (Nessun Dorma). He is a very passionate singer and gets tears in his eys towards the end of the song.

I know you're a country music fan, but if you want to widen your palate some, just go down the Dan Vasc rabbit hole......he does many different types of music and puts his "metal" twist into the songs. Try the I'll Make a Man Out of You - it's from the Disney film Mulan and his take on it is one of my fave's of his. If you watched the Witcher, try his version of Toss a Coin to your Witcher. Good reaction - I love watching people's first reaction to Dan.

I search channels reacting to Dan’s Amazing Grace because there is nothing like the thrill and awe of first hearing it. This rendition was my introduction to Dan’s phenomenal talent and genius and if I get to relive the chills of a first listen, I just love it! Loved this reaction. This was the first time hearing Dan for me, 3 months ago, I kept putting it off as I couldn't see how 'Amazing Grace' & metal singer could be a thing! How wrong was I. You only have to look at the number of views to know that reacting to Dan is an extremely popular choice. There are so many for you to do and trust me, you won't be disappointed. You won't be short on recommendations that's for sure but to show he's classically trained, 'Nessun Dorma' is stunning. 'Music of the Night' from 'Phantom of the Opera' invites you in, Dawn of Victory gives you power house vocals feat. Fabio Lione, lead singer of 'Rhapsody of Fire' who's song it was originally but on Dan's cover it's with his band Fearless who are insanely talented. The list is endless - enjoy!

Those "feels," by the way, are called, "anointing." It hits people REALLY hard, the first time, usually. Get ready for more, because the songs Dan has chosen over his 10+ years at his trade, have shown his HUGE passion for POWER and VICTORY, and (as a believer since his youth--he's 34, almost 35 in just over a month, now) he tends to pick songs that show a definite pattern of BELIEF in God.
One that you might like, early on, is his version of OUR National Anthem (Dan is Brazilian). After you hear that, check immediately for his much shorter video named "An Apology." I think you will LOVE them both. I can hardly wait! \0/

This version of amazing grace is the current pinnacle of covers/renditions. Only thing to make this song any better is actual bagpipes doing that solo in the middle there.
