If I'm correct, I think you're referring to the smaller dial next to the light switch dial? That adjusts the brightness of the back-lights on the dash.
@@Deadlygangsta Oh. That's where the tow hook would be screwed in. You pop off the plastic disc behind which is a female threaded socket, then you screw in your male threaded tow hook which is included in the car's breakdown kit.

Soap degreases it causing dust and mud to fall off. If you've ever just splashed some washer fluid on a patch of dirt on a car it will loosen it.
I had missed one piece of washer, don’t know how! Now how can it be fixed? Blank gap looks awful
