This guy knows people in his area. If you scroll through his videos for a couple of minutes it’s not hard to figure out his family is pretty well connected.
Yeah he clearly didn't pay to have it done. Im assuming his family does construction. He missed all the important stuff, and pricing made no sense, also doing it yourself, if you know how, means time away from actual paid work. Real life ain't no bullshit, and real men know this. Wow,this looks amazing. I love the being able to walk down and check on the truck maybe do a little wax and buffer , a little polish the rims,if you can't sleep.
It does make sense to make one big catchall building. If you need a big garage and a big shop, then you might as well just put everything on one footprint. I would add more windows for the living space myself. Window in the bedroom, maybe one in the kitchen, but that’s just me I like windows. But I think it’s very good idea.
Beautiful, I just can’t help but to mention that incredible range hood with a standard electric range, something like a gas monogram range would look siiiick
As a plumbing contractor the trim alone on this house would have been $6k. That not including all the PVC and CPVC pipes and fittings for the ground rough. Even if you did the labor yourself the material, at a contractors cost, would be a lot more than $6k . It looks awesome though
Lived over a warehouse in college. Roomate’s dad owned the building for his business. The upstairs office was a fully furnished apartment. All I paid was splitting electricity.

Live in the same type of building. 2200 ft² living area within floor heat and forced air furnace and air conditioner in floor heat in the 8000 ft² shop in Minnesota. We built many race cars out of here and it was so affordable. It was amazing🎉
I erect these types of structures all the time , mostly for warehouses. Place is very nice & custom but either this video is old or the math is wrong. Steel ( just the shell , no second floor, windows, doors)alone for the building without erection cost is in the neighborhood of 70-80k .
Yep. Steel Master has a sale now on a 12x14 x 11 high $4100 plus shipping no assembly. Also best time to purchase these buildings is early summer. The car industry uses the same type of roll steel. That be said they are a great structure & the municipalities love them because they are pre-engineered. Good luck 👍.
