Ok, but the part about the emotional reactions is kinda valid. I get that women's hormones shift during their period, which makes certain emotional reactions more intense, but that doesn't excuse bad behaviour. Someone with childhood trauma - or even someone having a bad couple of days - is also going to feel negative emotions more strongly and will be more likely to lose their cool. But we don't give people who had bad experiences a pass to he assholes. Definitely not most women, but a good chunk of them simply use their period as an excuse to treat people poorly.

What "facts"? Women are told not to complain when on their period CONSTANTLY. They are understandably fed up with this because it fucking hurts, and the pain isn't even the worst part of it all. All we want is a little understanding. I don't get what's so hard about that.

If you get stabbed with a knife every day for a year You will get used to that and it will stop hurt you, while getting hit in balls is something you will never get used to.
