Volvo é top .... Amo esses caminhoes .... Sou motorista e trabalho em um volvo
Y'a que VOLVO TRUCK pour faire un truc aussi génial,c'est pas le cas des autres marques.VOLVO TRUCKS POWER AND INGENIOSITY !
But Does the added weight on that single axle wear? Those tires quicker? Which greatly reduces the savings on the fuel.
Super camion
Please, bring your cab over FH models to Canada
Why does the tandem axle lift help with the turning radius a little explaining as to how this happens would be great because no one have cover this! Thanks!
Shortened wheel base. The wheel base is the middle of the tandems. When you lift it is now the middle of the one axel
Can we look at similar tech for multiaxel buses? If full let both work..if half full...take out one up....
Only need to lower tandem axle when hauling American tourists
СИЛА.
Get these cabovers to the u.s
Does Volvo offer a middle-axle lift?
Ive only seen them with a dead axle in the middle that ;ifts
does it 6x2 or 6x4
This is 6x4!
It's 6x4 configuration, 2 drive axles but it works like 6x2 tag axle. So basically it's liftable drive axle.
How does this differ from the SISU system?
what is the sisu system?
Sisu has a bogie drive system, the principle is the same as this, so Volvo's system is not exactly " revolutionary "
and you can lift the axel on the SISU eaven if you have heavy load on
Meritor system does not have central differential. If airsuspended, this is also possible to lift fully loaded. And you can have this with or without hubreduction, unlike Sisu which is only hubreduction.
And Renault offered disconnection before Sisu.
its 6x2?
6x4
