The one thing I do not like about thunderstorms, losing power. During the day is fine since it's still light out. But not during the night.

I haven’t commented in a long long time, a little behind with your precious family, as I’ve been very sick for a long time. It is April 29,2024 today, after days of terrible severe weather. And terrible tornadoes in Iowa. I thoughts have been either all of you in the last four days. As soon as I was able, I looked you up. I see you now live in a different house, a lovely one at that!! Someone, let me know how this family is. I hope and pray none of the awful severe weather came near this family. My prayers and thoughts go out to the ones of those to whom it did. There more bad weather coming up this month. Be safe everyone. My prayers are with all. 🙏🙏🙏♥️

That looked like a really nasty storm. I dont care for them at night, as our house was hit by lightning 🌩 when I was young. It looked like alot of the lightning was sheet. It put on a spectacular light show for everyone to see. Have a great day my friend, and Happy Easter ❤️🙂⚘️🐇.

@@LoveJarVlogs After it happened, every time we would have a storm, I would sneak into my parents room,and take the bedspread off the bottom of their bed. I would put it on the floor,and sleep on it. I felt safe in my parents room, with them. We don't get as many storms nowadays,but we get earthquakes every once in a while. My city is along the fault plate in Lake Ontario. Last week the weather here was weird. For two days we had heavy rain, then it changed to snow, then back to rain. We probably won't see the eclipse, as it's supposed to rain again. People are paying $1,000 per night or more for a hotel room in Niagara Falls, which is crazy.🙂⚘️.

We had a pretty severe thunderstorm here in Sacramento California with winds to 60 and gusts up to I think 75 almost 80 miles per hour it was pretty crazy. The power went out for only two hours but it was nuts. We Donny ever really have thunderstorms that violent and this winter we did a few of them actually

What even is this? The cold thunderstorms are nothing and slower like a warm normal thunderstorm in Florida.
Fun video! My mother had a hurricane oil lantern we'd use if the power went out. We're looking at a foot of snow in Vermont this week, I'd rather have a thunderstorm!

Just curious, don't you have a backup generator so your food don't spoil if power is out for a long time? I love thunderstorms.
We do have a small generator, but not one of the larger ones. I would definitely like to get one that is connected to the house.
