    Tried the corrective LUT for D-Log .... worked great and looked great with no correction in what I shot. I appreciate.

    Just tested your D Log LUT against another ..yours is Much more forgiving and less extreme...i upped the exposure a tad, placed a little more s curve and contrast in ...looks great - thanks for making it!

      glad to hear that. For exposure adjustments, try doing them before the LUT if you haven't already. It's one of the advantages of log and acts more like an in-camera exposure adjustment than post.

    Thank you for the video. I took my Mavic to a lake during sunset and noticed how the low light had some noise. I'll try some of the settings you suggested like 2.7K and see if it makes a difference!

      Right! I thought the Mavic footage was amazing but after getting neat video and applying the LUT and Noise removal the footage is 100% better!

    Great video! I’ve been looking at getting a Mavic Pro. I’ve got a phantom 4 but I just don’t get it out to fly as much as I’d like. I feel like the portability of the Mavic changes that. Thanks for the tips!

      happy to help. The portability makes the difference in having the drone with you not not having it at all. I just took mine snowmobiling on glacier in Iceland in a backpack. Such a great tool!

    This is the most informative video about the Mavic I've seen. Thank you so much! Just bought your LUT and a quick first test was promising. Before learning about LUTs I already thought D-Cinelike is the best I can get out of the Mavic.

    Excellent tips. I did a shot of some elephants over the weekend and was struggling a bit today to edit some pretty contrasty & noisy footage, even after shooting in D-cinelike. That's how I came across this video, looking for some tips or solutions. Hard light is often an issue where I shoot. Looking forward to trying the D-log settings and the noise reduction profiles to solve the issues I've been having. Just your one tip about the noise flicker in detailed areas of a shoot is already worth a subscribe or 10. Thanks!
