I just want to use a logitech webcam to a TV to use it as a monitor, not to record or do anything online. But my Samsung smart TV, even though it has a USB port, does not show USB in the source menu. Is there any way to do this.
If I connect my Logitech to my tv when I stream on my PlayStation will my viewers be able to see me or would I have to connect my laptop to the tv in order to use the webcam while I stream??

Older SMART Tvs don't all have drivers for webcams. They can play files from USB drives, but may not support a webcam.

It's a base operational situation. Once it's working 100% with Skype, Zoom, Duo, ect then it's worth noting.
