it's not just old fabric. that fabric is so you won't hurt your wrist or hands when you punch it. if you punch a bag with sand you can literally break your wrist or fracture it

So this is ground up mattresses and couch cushions and clothes and stuff. Its the same thing carpet padding is made of. The grinder blades have to be lifted with a forklift and as you roll them across a concrete floor it chips it up. I used to work maintenance in a factory that made carpet padding, it was pretty interesting.
this bag is better than the sand filled because the sand fill settles at the bottom and becomes hard as a rock.

i had opened one before to add more sand bags and to sew a strap mine didnt have old recycle clothes it just had the blackish fluff but hey i like the idea recycling is good

When i was younger i used to own a punching bag myself. Me and my older brother always used to punch and kick and did whatever to it for exercise. Until oneday my brother kicked it so hard it just ripped , LITERALLY, and we didn't find what you had inside. We found just stuffing like the kind you would find in a stuffed animal

+What's Inside? You got a cheap sandbag there. The good ones have usually strewing (older ones still sand). This version is softer but if you want a real training sandbag, you shouldnt use that stuff.
