Welcome to a brand new episode of Chopstick Travel. Today we bring you to a food-lover’s paradise: NAPOLI! Italy is world renowned for its delicious cuisine and Naples is its epicentre. Pizza, pasta, spritz, seafood and so much more! Join us for the BEST street food tour in Naples!
We start the day at a local sweets shop to try sfogliatella and wash it down with a strong espresso. We then visit a local fish market and sample some seafood street side. Spritz is an Italian favourite to enjoy right before lunch, where we take you to Trattoria Da Nenella for a full on Neapolitan FEAST! A little more espresso and even Limoncello before we eat the most popular Italian dessert: gelato! We will finish off the day of eating pizza margherita at arguably the BEST pizza shop in the world! Like here in New Zealand, if I was from another country and was deciding to live in New Zealand and get citizenship. The only way to get that would be living there for 5 years.

Napoli is a city of its own in Italy. Chaotic traffic and crowds but it is the best of Italy! Love Napoli! People don’t have a clue about pizza until they taste one from that region. So glad you guys went there.

I visited my family in Naples in 2001 . What a place . That pizza is no joke . Stayed 2 weeks near the tennis hotel where we stayed, me and my friend went to disco bowling down the street almost every night . A different world than here in the states. People were really friendly and had great manners .
Neapolitan Pizza is simply the best. Italy is awesome. Much respect.

I am glad you did such a lovely and positive review of Naples. It is my favourite city in Italy. You need to go to the coast and go to the Islands. Capri, Ischia and Procida. The city is famous for the mozzarella, pizza, Cheese steak panni, fried fish etc...it is Italy's most foodie city. Lovely review 😊👍🏼

Macchiato is pronounced “Makiato”
“Ch” in Italian makes the K sound. The letter C only makes the English “Ch” sound when there’s an i after it.
I think it's more like "makkiato"

Hey you, finally in my country !! Starting from that sfogliatella, then the fritto misto at the fish market, to that pasta al pomodoro and you also got my favourite gelato taste: dark chocolate ! Now you understand why when we italians go abroad cannot eat any gelato !! Pizza napoletana is not my kind, I prefer thinner ones, but taste is amazing for sure. Loved the video and Napoli is simply gorgeous 💖😍

One thing, you should really try Aperitivo in Milano, it originates in the north of italy and it's really good in the north with basically just all you can eat buffets at the price of your cocktail

Usually No matter where you go, from a storefront coffee shop to a Fancy hotel ,you can easily get a cup of coffee/espresso for only an euro or so! So everyone could enjoy their national delicacy :)

Everytime I see a video from an American, I find that they are surprised by the fact that the food they eat in the restaurants is FRESH and made from FRESH ingrediends (also the simple insalata caprese made of mozzarella and tomatoes). For us Italians, the fresh ingredients is THE BASIC RULE in our everyday meals!

Oh my gosh!!! I wanted to take that sfogliatelle right out of your hand. It is hands down my most favorite pastry of all time. When I visited Italy a few years back I had to have one. Well, one led to two and then 3. Not all at the same time. Have a great time.

I'm actually a little surprised at how affordable so much of that food was. I had assumed it would be more expensive, as so many places in Europe are. Maybe because it's a smaller city? Might try to talk my husband into a trip there, if we still can after Brexit.
Some spots are more expensive than others, but overall Naples is very affordable! Hopefully you can visit someday 😊👍
Napoli Is One of the most big city in Italy, but in the right Place the food are more delicious and cost lower. If you want to Say "ho assaggiato tutti i cibi italiani migliori" i have ate all the best italian food you have to travel all te city because every city have his specialities. For example the Spritz Is a paduan "Padova" drink
