- This is another episode whether owners of this RumahWIP offered their units so we can learn from it.
Located adjacent to Wangsa Walk Mall and the Sri Rampai LRT station, this project's location is just amazing. It's so connected via the highway as well which is DUKE, MRR2, and NKVE. This is also a hot spot for folks who works in KLCC because it's super connected via the LRT and road.
The owners got this unit for RM 198k via registration through the developer ahead of others as well as going through a ballot process. However, there are several points that raised my concerns. Elements such as the pedestrian circulation through the entrance, security, and poorly designed connection to the LRT can be easily improved during the design stage instead of causing inconvenience to the residents.
Overall, with the price this project is just a super deal to have. Plus the superb location, the rental demand here would be amazing and that will reflect in the return for purchasers. However, these was supposed to help people have homes but indirectly it's cultivating investors as well.

5:47 , correction, block B launching price (The Hamilton) is actually around Rm5xxk+ for 1000sqft, Rm6xxk for 1219sf and top floors have 4 units of 2000sf penthouse.

A big step down from all your other review (at least the 20 or so I've watched so far after discovering you in Dec). But I'm glad they're building developments like this so other people have a chance to buy their own place.

I grew up in one of those government housing, I believe it was called Ruman Bangsa or something. This RumahWIP quality is way way better than the older types. The "security" of course is not the same as condo as it's meant to be like "open concept" ie the corridors etc is accessible to the public just like the HDB in Singapore.

I find it weird that Rumahwip can be rented out, seems to beat the purpose of giving people a chance to own a home instead of for investment. The walkway to the LRT is so narrow which decreases safety as well.

@@aiizai I read...The Federal Territory Ministry gives RUMAWIP owners the flexibility to rent out their properties to a third party but, on a certain term. You can rent out your units to local tenants ONLY

Yes it was built by the same developer. Just that they share the foundation but the rest, for eg: entrance, facilities, lifts and separated.

How much the owner of residensi wangsamas rent their units? i believe around RM1,300 - RM1,600 per month. For RM198k price taq, its quite amazing.
Yes it is. But it's a product designed by the government to help the rakyat. So I wouldn't encourage investors to get involved with it lah... Anyway, this is just my point of view.

Only the most greedy affordable may purchase a bunch of fews unit condominium/ Houses below market price and those unaffordable just only hopes for continuieng house rental contract until die. 😒
the main reason for price "appreciation" are because of "investor" want to make quick buck by flipping the house, rendering many people to not able to afford even a simple small house. Hope those greedy "investor" die a horrible death.
