But Revelation 21 says the City is the bride of the lamb. No where does scripture call the congregation the bride of the lamb.

I have to agree. The god of the Bible is yaldaboath, the demiurge. In the garden, the serpent tells the truth and god lies, he doesn’t want his creation to find out that they’re equal to him.
