You live just in Latvia but it look like it is much warmer there. We are in Estonia and have nearly 50 cm snow now. All the plants are.under there in the tunnel. Probably alive though but can't harvest them as there is so much snow. 😄
@chirag asawa I don´t speak Latvian and to be honest I managed to grow something under the snow in -15 C with no extra heating or led lights. I will make a video about it soon.

Jā, lai gan pētijām daudz par dārzniecību, pirmais gads nebija tik ražīgs. Vasara mums bija auksta un lietaina, un arī nepaspējām tik daudz laika pavadīt uzlabojot augsni. Taču nakoš pavasarī jau būs arī komposts un papildu zināšanas un cerams arī labāka raža 😊

I have seen the purple carrots but not tried them, I am not to sure but I believe you can get various colours.

Yes it was a surprise for us as well that's why we wanted to see if we could grow them 😊 i googled the name of the bush and it's called snowberry bush and it's (Symphoricarpos albus) in Latin 😊
