    so what do they do to the leftover ready to eat meals that are on shelves if it doesnt run out?

      Short answer is that they usually throw them out. The closer they get to closing time, the meals are highly discounted but there's still waste. I once say a bakery/cafe dump the left over snacks and bread in a trash bag. In my very presence!! 😂😂. Food waste is kinda a problem here.

      Nope, they don't give it out. It's for quality control.
      I got there late and they had already close. I could see them through the glass door.
