Aww you can tell how very comfortable her staff is around her, I’d say she is genuinely nice to them on or off cam.
Kapag isa kang amo na maalaga sa staff mo, talagang aalagaan din nila ang pamilya mo at maging ang negosyo mo. And their humility and how their employees treat them also speaks of how genuine their love for the Laudes and Eduardos. Sana magpatuloy ang biyaya at hndi rin magbago ang mga bigboss.

Most wealthy are either scared or greedy or snobbish! Sometimes when you do have wealth, it changes you rather you want to change or not, because there’s so much one can do when you have riches! It’s like once you acquire wealth it opens these doors into another existence like people respect you more, people literally open doors for you, you begin to rely upon money for everything like for power and prestige! You’re just treated differently when you have money….if you do something wrong you know there’s a chance you won’t be punished as severely or if a flight is overcrowded and you come along and you’re wealthy then the airlines makes accommodations for you thus kicking off the poor person and you taking their seat! It’s just these societal perks that come with being wealthy, like traveling everywhere, buying everything, living in a grand house, riding around in expensive cars, wearing nice clothes that are fashionable, owning real estate and properties all around the world etc etc and these perks are what wealthy people tend to expect you know it’s just a whole other world when it comes to the wealthy elite versus the poorer class. It’s how our society is🤷🏻♀️in America it’s even worse cuz the wealthy are the powerful ones on earth!
That’s because the helpers are not any lower than the bosses. There is never any “level” It just happens that Ms Small is nice to her staff and treats them like family
