don't you need an egg with the heavy creme to make it set when cooked, to make quiche?
Yes. That recipe wouldn't work at all. When you see the finished baked quiche, you see how the filling is fluffy and full of air pockets. That would never happen if you just poured in cream. This channel in general is bad for people who actually want to cook something, you can't go by their "recipes".

I have doubts about that burger one.... was it even cook inside?
as a cook, I call it raw, I would of have preferably seared it and finished it in oven.

It may work. Just search "pork moon cake" in youtube and you will see how it's baked. The only thing I am not sure if how big the burger meat is here, the one we use in moon cake is pretty small.

Yep definitely missed the egg part. They also labeled the topping "cheddar" when it was clearly not cheddar. Parmesan or something similar.

Quiche without eggs🤔 I don’t think so folks!
1. I think you need egg in the heavy cream to make a quiche. I'm not even sure cream will set up all yellow and eggy like that.
2. Was it *really* necessary to wrap the brie in prosciutto? Most baked bries don't but by doing that you kinda left vegetarians out of the group for no good reason.
Why don’t you subscribe to vegetarian/vegan channels instead of complaining? This channel was never advertised as vegetarian.
