Great ideas, but I turned off the sound because of the banging noise.
I'm going to make, a German style strudel, pastry filling:
you chop apples into, 1cm cubes, roughly. Add to a bowl then add, butter brown sugar, and raisins or sultanas, and I think cinnamon. Too. That filling is basically German strudel filling, it would taste nice in these amazing pastry creations, you have down to a fine art. I noticed after you learn your pastry making technique the hardest thing is thinking of what delicious filling to make to fill these work of arts, your vid is good value, thanks for sharing the knowledge. 👌.

A good way to save dough on the expensive jams at the store is ti substitute jelled cranberry sauce for the perfect treats. And goes well with toast and butter or even peanut butter sandwiches.
You win award for most redundant life hack. It’s like you’ve made up a problem that doesn’t exist. First time I’ve ever heard anybody talking about “Expensive jams”. If I found a jar of jam too expensive, the.surely you buy cheaper jams. I’m from the UK but I’m aware you can buy jams and conserves at Dollar Tree stores in the US. I am so confused by your comment. So let’s deprive ourselves of strawberry, raspberry and apricot jams… and instead use cranberry sauce from a can? Sure, we could… or we could just buy cheaper jam. Hell, making homemade jam is fun and easy.

Well I tried an alternative recipe with homemade blueberry filling and two layers and it was not good 😌 I think I will try the jam and smaller squares of the Fillo .
