Hello, whenever you are getting a pup any breed check parent's temperament that is the best way to predict behavior of a puppy but still you cant be sure about it. Beagles are okay if they are raised properly but they are trouble makes if you are not careful with them.

It is like muscle memory you need to repeat commands again and again so that it becomes his muscle memory, talk less he will learn more.

It is not easy to explain, need to check whats causing dog to show aggression. If you can find what triggers your dog to attack or show aggression you can teach him not to do that.
