I love Bittersweet 😃 Not only because it's a good song, but also the contrast you mentioned. You wouldn't think Ville's and Lauri's voices would match so good with each other. Life Burns is also a good one, more up beat. 👍

You should definitely check out more Apocalyptica. They are a Finnish band that started out by playing Metallica songs with cellos, but since they've had their own songs and added drums to the band as well as guest vocalists. 😊👍

@@infin8reactions My personal favourites are Helden (Bowie cover) with Till Lindemann and Bittersweet with Ville Valo (ex HIM) and Lauri Ylönen (The Rasmus), but there are many good (and more up beat) ones to choose from. 😊

One of my favourite things to find and enjoy is music that gives me chills and goosebumps. I was cruising CZcams recently and discovered a Russian talent show contestant that did just that, with one of the best, most unique voices I've heard in many years. Her delivery was nothing short of magical and I searched out more and more and more, and...more chills.
I was stunned to find that the first performance I heard was when she was 14!!!! She's now 17 and still developing. She sings in Russian, French and English.
The covers she performed on that show are very popular on CZcams. Many CZcamsrs publish reactions on these performances, which include the ethnic song "River" (in a new musical arrangement), "Blizzard", "Wicked Game", "Human", "Derniere Danse" and others.

Gosh I love Apocalyptica. At this point in my life I listen to their version of Nothing Else Matters more than the original. Not Strong Enough is a good original with guest vocals, and Rage of Poseidon is a fantastic instrumental original. One of my recent favorites is the collab they did with Sabaton on Angels Calling.
I've seen them live as an opener for Rammstein on their "Reise Reise"-Tour. At the end of the Rammstein-show they played together "Ohne dich", that was an absolutly incredible and amazing perfornance!

My first introduction to Apocalyptica was at a Metallica concert, they were amazing, but it was mostly women, that was 2008 I think.
