The more I hear, read, and see about this man, the more I love him. He has a heart as big as the universe and is so caring. I hope I eventually meet him so I can tell him how much he has inspired me and given me hope. He is so open and transparent.
I'm from the same town as him (Greenfield, Ma), and I am friends with his mom (not like "besties," but I mean, when I saw her in the store, she came up to me and gave me a hug so yeah). but literally everyone has a story about Misha. my personal favorite comes from my mom's boyfriend: apparently Misha used to torture frogs to make Sasha scream.
i love misha telling these stories. it helps me relate to him on so many different levels its insane. he really inspires me to laugh and be enthusiastic about life rather than thinking its too messed up to enjoy.
i didn't expect so many wild stories from his past, first impersonating Russian transfer students, then locked up in jail for a 'bank hiest' gone wrong then involved in a family feud over drugs. I'm proud to see, despite his ups and downs, that he has created a great life for himself. #Respect
