Ohhhh maaaannn!!! This is easily one of my favourite tracks on the album. A really great song!! I love how it builds up, it just sets you up for a great listening experience; the way the tempo of the song is in sync with my emotions and as it increases my mood is uplifted at the same time...hahaaaa...I love it!! Whenever i listen to this song i also just can't help but feel as if i'm the lead singer in a choir who goes overboard in singing the chorus, so in my head i'm like: "Don't feed the animals"... no-no-no-noooo..."Don't feed the animals!!...(finger-wag)..oh i said...Don't feed the animals!!..(more finger wagging)... nooo "Don't feed the animals!..(then show off incredible vocal skills with a long belt of oooooohhhh and nooooo and finally ending with a low subtle tone).. "Don't feed the Animaaaalss...nooo..ohhh.." *applasue, applasue, applasue* (note-would be great for Karaoke) :-)
Also in the video, i like how the animals follow her in the end(the way they walk) and the fact that they are following her as well, It shows she is now in control, she is the "head and not the tail", She leads them because she has learned from her past mistake as the song says and is now victorious and ready to conquer the world! - so yea that was dope.

this song just perfectly described my sentiments about my last relationship. fought the urge to say "men ain't shit" for a very long time as I didn't wanna generalize like that, but after encountering a wolf/snake after a wolf/snake, I have no other choice. until someone proves me differently, they're all fucking animals, and not the good kinda animals. and I'm an animal lover. if you're with a man that ain't shit, cut your loses, forgive yourself, and move on. beautiful song Emily.

Just heard her perform on Kimmel and I'm quickly falling in love with her songs but here I am most overwhelmed by this exquisite animation. Is that sand animation? I've seen a fair few uses of this technique but this has to be one of my favourites. So evocative and beautifully realised.
