Nice to have a white dial option in the classic Speedy. There are so many desirable black dial watches, from Subs to pilot watches, it's not hard to end up with a collection of dials without much colour variety.

Watching this video and the previous one, I realized that I’m not at all a true speedy fanboy: I personally couldn’t imagine having more than one (I have none) and I would have to see this one in real life to know if I prefer it to the black version: but it certainly looks very nice. Worth trying it on the mesh? Yep, still a stunner with great depth and an almost enamel translucence to the face. At once more casual and more refined than the OG black dial. But a very different watch and not at all 'just another colour.' This is the next step in moving the Speedy upmarket and away from its pure tool roots. The applied markers and gloss dial fundamentally alter the design and take the watch down the track worn by Daytona. This may be a good or bad thing depending on your preference, but no doubt this watch is a buy (but in addition to a black dial!). Oh and funny about the Snoopy thing - I've been seeing phantom Snoopies on this watch since it dropped!
White dial is beautiful. Will eventually add it even though I have the black 3861... Ying and the yang...
Congratulations! Love the new Speedy's refreshing and clean look. Now you can celebrate Speedy Tuesdays by pairing your 321 Speedy on the left wrist with a White Speedy on the right :D The waitlist for this piece at Singapore's Omega boutiques is approximately six months long I heard.
Oh in other parts of Asia even the 3861 blacks have long wait lists. Rolex owners always try to scoff at Omega funny really..but demand for the speedmaster professionals are real.

I am an Omega fan and this is a very nice piece. I do feel if you use white gold case, then it would be better to use steel, but that dial is stunning..

Omega continue to pump out sharp edged bracelets and clasps. Feels cheap, not luxurious.

Right now tough call. Of course the Ed White is a very different league of craftsmanship but you couldn't take this white dial off my wrist right now. Unless you're Mike Tyson, ain't fighting Iron Mike

Congratulations Uptick! I have a bit of a dilemma I was set to pick up a Sapphire Speedy this summer. I know I can’t have both. Haven’t been able to see the white in person. Since you have both the black (321) and white dial. Which would you say works better as a one and done. The white looks beautiful but leans more dressy to me and I really want something I can wear every day. Any thoughts ? Thanks
Classic black dial, can’t go wrong.
Someone can have both...even more than two... Believe me 😉 You need to see the white-dial (aka "Craig White") in person to truly appreciate the glossiness and pure whiteness of its dial. Of course, you can't go wrong with the classic black-dial version. The white-dial may be less subtle and attract more attention and may wear better with a white collar shirt. Hope you'll see it in person to guide your choice!

What a beautiful dial and watch. I had the new Saphire Moonwatch twice and sold it twice. One reason was the difficulty of winding the crown. The other reason was that by looking at the watch the chronograph seconds hand never aligned perfectly at the 12. Did you ever experience this with this one yet?

It still has the kick, undoubtedly. I also really appreciate the crazy accuracy and resistance to daily life.

I like that the clasp is no wider than the bracelet itself at that end. The Ed White bracelet is gorgeous, but its clasp is too bulky.

For some reason, I hope I'm wrong, I feel like this will be on Carousel in 8-9 months once the novelty has worn off. It's not as special as your 321 and I feel like you may in the future decide to 'thin the collection' and this will become like your Omega world time.

You need to take it as a whole body perspective. If a person has small wrist but wide body type...a 42mm (that wears slimmer and smaller than the 5 digit subs) will look ok too.

I own a 321 Ed White and a big fan of Speedy but let’s review something else for a change and appreciate other beautiful watches from other brands. I can only guess the next Speedy will be a Salmon dial version….next week….month or year 😂
