The primary goals of the workout were (1) to develop confidence manipulating the ball, (2) getting the guys into the necessary positions to be shifty (3) breeding creativity, and (4) forcing them to react. Try this workout out, get a training partner, or just imagine someone giving you the cues!

Workout Outline if anyone wants it: Stationary warmup:
- Lateral cuffs 15x
- Front/back cuffs 15x
- Triple cuffs (in/out, around leg, around body) 8x each
- Ball rolls 10x
- Wide ground touches (crosses, between, behind) 20x each
Dynamic:
- Height/speed change behinds (half and back 2x)
- Height/speed change snatch (half and back twice)
- Rapid between (half and back twice)
Reactive:
- front/back (half and back 2x)
- Freestyle>explode direction pointed
- Go to cones drill (5/6 cones)

I've been training kids for the last 7 years. It's crazy how similar our teachings are. Except somewhere along the way I stopped giving them as much freedom to freestyle. Thanks for the reminder that I gotta let them be them.
Dribing hard, and losing the ball, BUT pacing yourself from going slow/hard to fast/hard is key to an efficient practice 🔥
