Mostly truck drivers are illiterate.So they also face money problems. They are not paid on monthly basis.They are paid money as per trip.They work on traditional basis of cost evaluation to put their rates below the reach of competitors.This leads to huge loss to the truckers as they do not acquire the freight rate in proportion to the operating cost.These are the above problems which transporters/truck drivers are facing regularly. So proper steps should be taken to improve their life.

Just for information, trucks with tall loads need to take reverse on hair pin turn just to maintain center of gravity bcoz extra height of load, suspension n breaking system and the bend of road makes the vehicle swing like pendulum and increase the risk of rollover. Usually a long turn helps instead of reversing and aligning but in this case the other side truck already entered leaving no space for long turn
Patience is more necessary in driving especially on ghat roads

Why do Ashok Leyland trucks make that ugly grating sound when braking in reverse?
Its not ashok leyland , making that noise. It comes from the poor cheap rate brake liner .
