    1. Don't hit snooze. You wake up more tired and sleep deprived. Your sleep cycle takes 75 minutes to complete, and you snoozing is oversleeping. Also earlier you get up the better. Charge your phone across the room.
    2. Do not immediately go on your phone. Stay off your phone for at least an hour off your phone.
    3. Don't have caffeine. Force yourself to stop having it. Increasing anxiety, stress. Spiking your cortisol levels. Actually makes you more tired. Wait minimum an hour after waking up. Drink green tea instead tho. Manu health benefits.
    4. Have a cold / room temperature shower in the morning. Many benefits. Hair, weight, skin, etc. Etc.
    5. Skin care. Self care. Internal and external self care. Mental care. Meditation (guided).
    6. Get sunlight in the morning. Do meditation out there. Go for a morning walk, run, etc. Direct sunlight in the morning helps stabilize the circadian rhythm. Helps immune system.
    7. Make your bed. Helps fight the urge to jump back into it. Completes the first goal of the day, good accomplishment.
    8. Drink lemon water. Great detox. Helps digestive system. Helps acne. Add salt which gives electrolytes.
    9. High protein breakfastm builds muscle. Fuels you till your next meal. Scrambled eggs, avocado toast, and protein shake. Oats work too.
    10. Any form of exercise. Essential for the mind and body. Challenge yourself.

    when i was dealing with a lot of gut issues last year i visited a specialist in eastern medicine. among other things he told me that warm water first thing in the morning is one of the most important things you can do for your gut health. it is important that the water is warm because it's closer to the body's internal temperature and won't cause any discomfort or shock to the system. i've come to enjoy the habit of drinking a mug of warm water first thing before i drink any coffee or tea. it gives me the feeling of something warm to sip on, like a replacement habit, and then i have my caffeine a little afterwards. hydration before caffeine is also always a great idea, since caffeine dehydrates you.

    great vid! circadian rhythm is so important to keep track of. a tip that helped me having a better morning routine is to just be consistant & not be hard on yourself when a day doesn’t go the way you planned. Listening to music & meditating are simple joys that help get me out of those stagnant mornings when they occur

    Im on Christmas break and I've been very unproductive and after watching this I got up, got dressed, brushed my teeth/ skincare had an orange and a smoothie, went for a walk...now I'm drinking a big glass of ice water and I feel so refreshed even though it's 2 pm lol

    This video has helped me so much these past 2 Months. I wake up and actually get up I drink water before caffeine now. Deactivated my socials(except YT) and i have so much free time. I’ve already knocked out 2/10 of my New Years resolutions 😅

    I understand, I’ve been waking up at 3-3:30AM for the past 3-4 years naturally (i use to run in the mornings but now run after work) but Monday-Friday I am in bed by 5PM and asleep by 7PM. I know it seems like a very short day if you place in those everyday factors, but the impact it has made in my life, my emotions, my thinking, my eating habits, my stressors and how to control them and even when life is hitting me all at once I can handle that. Your body needs routine, I always stress to my friends how important it is to keep everything routined from eating, sleeping to even being on phones/tablets. Life is so much more and we need to take it in and enjoy the moment and never regret if tomorrow isn’t promised. If life is getting you down at the moment or for longer I suggest to take this video into consideration and challenge yourself for a year because the end goal is so rewarding.
