What earbuds do you use and why?
None, because they all give me a headache, sound terrible and always run out of battery. Wireleass headphones are the thing for me :3
E I happen to use the Beats Flex. This is literally the best Bluetooth headphone in the $50 price. I was impressed with the sound stage and battery life. In terms of TWS, I hate them lol. They hurt my ears. Maybe the Beats buds? But I'm satisfied with the Beats Flex for the money. For real listening, I have Audio Technica M40x's and I am super satisfied.
none, but i do use the steelseries arctis pro wireless headphones for music daily. theyre great! even better with the DAC, I'll admit they sound a bit flat without it. but theyre completely fine!

I find it difficult to understand how you can view the Pixel Buds as a feasible substitute for the Raycons, considering the significant price difference. The Pixel Buds are priced at $200, whereas the Raycons are priced at $80. Raycons cater to individuals who may have budget constraints but still desire decent earbuds. Clearly, there are numerous superior alternatives available, but not for $80.
Two years later the margin is wider for earbuds that can easily beat Raycon at the $80 price point:
- JBL Live Free 2
- Google Pixel Buds A-Series
- Soundcore Space A40
- Earfun Free Pro 3
- Soundpeats Air Pro 4
- Edifier W240TN
Not to mention all the other options under $150 I’m leaving out.
I've had my Raycons for a year now and I use them daily. They fit better than any other pair of earbuds I've had and my only complaint is the case is starting to lose charge now, which is understandable after a year. The sound quality is fine as well, I had galaxy buds before these and there was no major difference.
Same, my Raycons have taken an absolute beating at work too and after almost a year and a half they are just starting to give up on me.
im on my 3rd pair. had no issues but they fell apart why to easily after dropping. i dropped my one pair only 3 times killed it. the second pair dropped once and went through the washer once died. new pair is the new style and battery is bad, cant use only one pair at a time without it freaking out, and cant just stop my podcast by hitting the touch button like i could with the older model. so i wish i could go back about a yr ago and get the older model.
I'd like to see a follow up review giving Raycon's another go. The complaints on the Raycons have been pretty consistent with regards to there older series, but it appears they took notice and really stepped up there game based on the reviews I'm seeing. Which from my prospective says a lot about the company. There taking the criticisms and making improvements.
i prefer the older model newer model sucks for me. they keep dropping my phone blue tooth and dying randomly and not charging. also cant start and stop my podcasts like i use to anymore. need ot actually unlock my phone now.

This is not why they are bad for me it’s the case I think the audio quality is fine. When I put the earbuds in the case they won’t turn off so they stay connected to my phone wasting the battery on the earbuds they also only will charge In the case half of time.
I’m glad that I had already ordered my raycons before watching this video otherwise I would have been stuck with my beats.
After I ordered my raycons I saw that beats went on a 50% sale so I bought a pair and planned on returning my raycons.
Pros about the beats:
- sound quality is nice
- the bass is especially nice
- it has a good awareness and noise canceling mode
- it’s got nice color options
- and beats is owned by Apple so this product connects to my iPhone the same way a pair of AirPods would, I can also track them on my find my iPhone app if I ever lose them
Cons
- they’re just not comfortable for my ears even with trying the different insert options
- THEY FRICKING WON’T CONNECT RELIABLY. Like 25% of the time when I open my beats and put the earbuds in it doesn’t connect so then I have to close them back up and retry and sometimes I have to retry multiple times in a row and turn my Bluetooth on and off to get them to connect. Idk if I got a defective item or if there’s something that I’m not aware of that I need to fix in my settings but it’s really annoying
On the other hand: raycons are only $64 if you use their first time buyer coupon along with another coupon (just search Raycon coupon on google) at checkout, that includes shipping.
They ACTUALLY CONNECT every single time without fail, which is how I’d expect a pair of nice earbuds to perform. And they are extremely comfortable and fit in my ears much nicer than the beats. I think this is due to the fact that raycons are more compact and they come with more insert options than the beats
I can tell that beats have a SLIGHT edge in terms of sound quality, but this is no where near enough to account for the lack of reliable connectivity and uncomfortableness.
Overall, raycons easily win in my eyes.
I have AirPods 3 , 2 , pro , Mifo , beats fitness and I will honestly say that I can’t compare the fit and bass sound to my husbands Raycon Fitness so I don’t know if it has changed since this review been up I don’t know, could be my ear shape and my personal sound style. I like the clear bass sound. It’s so comfy for my ears I can’t explain it . I’m still willing to give any a try cause we all have different preferences to fit , sound and what is important for you .
Finally someone tackling this brand/product that is being pushed through CZcamsrs.
The sponsorships are fine and the content creators need to eat too.
But few of the channels I follow review these, which makes it sus. Just marketing hype then, using high profile CZcamsrs to sell horrible sounding earbuds to the masses.

The thumbnail pic says it all. I've heard complaints about Raycons for some years now. A friend of mine had Raycons a few years ago. There somewhere in the Atlantic ocean now.
i had trouble with Raycon even though i changed out the little ear inserts I couldnt get them to be comfortable and fit right, the battery life was not great, the bass is Muddy and he is so right, i hust got some beats+ and they sound so clean to me i actually hurd background things in songs i didn't notice before, not only they fit my ears better great battery life so far, really like beats in my opinion.
They wouldn't get good reviews if they didn't pay for every single review

I just wanna put my opinion here cause i don't realize when this happened but i got raycons quite a few years ago an i swear they were only like 40$ for the everyday pair an they lasted me over like 3 years while working in a fishery (so yes they were pretty waterproof) its really sad to see the price hike in price (unless im just somehow remembering wrong) an to see that the quality apparently went down i actually really liked them when i had my pair.

I had my raycons for a couple of months before one of them stopped working for no reason.
The support team is awesome though so I got another pair within 2 weeks no problem.
Here's the problem.
This time my case died for no reason.
I can still charge the case but the earbuds can't be charged using it and before anyone asks I'm not exactly rich so I made damn well sure I didn't drop them a single time in any way that could damage them, especially considering the first ones broke with the highest height I dropped them being about 10 cm right onto my soft ass bed.
Same thing happened to me. I had two pair that stopped working. Both of them was the left earbud would stop powering on. This happened to two pair I had. I'm done with this shitty brand.
I was waiting for someone to just outright say it. Shame of "Ray J" for paying Creators to market his stuff rather than putting money into producing wireless earphones that are actually good.

There have been loads of offers lately on the the Galaxy Buds+ which I think whilst not perfect are a great shout.
They sound fine to me.
Ray J just pushes these because he’s trying to be some big tech tycoon. They’re the same quality as those Chinese knockoffs you find at your local market.

I tried them once for metal. Bad idea. All that came through was the kickdrums that sounded like a person is hitting a trashcan with a wet cloth.

@@BooredAtWork all jokes aside, it kind of felt like having a hearing loss for certain frequencies. Everything was muddy, then there was no mids, and then there was a very annoying peak in the treble that made cymbals and (high screams all mashed together) sound like uncomfortable screaming of a child. There were zero layers and everything was one with either the kickdrums or the cymbals and there was nothing in between.
I had the wireless beats for two years, and i wasn't impressed. I expected a lot better. Im now getting these. Are they really gonna be that much worse ?
I usually just use whatever the latest Galaxy Buds are because Samsung's pre-order bonuses are too stupid good. That combined with the Insights program for 50% off their phone is how they get me.
When is the nothing ear (1) review?

The reason why someone will purchase Raymons.. tiny ears.. everyone one that you suggested are probably great but will not fit everyone’s ears. They look wide and bulky. I’ve actually tried beats and they fall out of my ear even with the smallest tip. Not everyone had deep dish ears

these earbuds are trash. the sound has nothing to do with it. They always malfunction and stop working. I've had 2 pair fail on me. I'm done with them.

When I first heard of ray cons I thought they were some rebranding Ali Express junk.
Actually, just don't buy true wireless earbuds in general, they are all trash for this reason, they are too expensive for something that is practically disposable, I had a pair of Galaxy Buds Live, and well regardless of how many times I've cleaned them they are still muffled from all of the earwax. Now you could say "That's just a you problem and the Galaxy beans suck." But this is a problem with every single one of them, not to mention since they have non replaceable batteries in them, they'll eventually not work at all. Reject Modernity. Return to iPod.
So far l’m not impressed with them. I think they’re OVER HYPED UP my Airpods are way better
