I'm fairly sure that's the Canadian maple leaf and that style of jacket might be air force. I have that extra style of jacket but it's navy blue for US military. I used to know more about it but I've forgotten more than I've learnt. I love those gloves. So many awesome finds. Someday I'd like to go there. Happy Thrifting
