    I had a closer look after the video and I got it wrong 🙈
    The hole in the intake pipe isn't the egr return but the crankcase pipe

    That smile is amazing for everybody. Even when I stick revive in my intake it’s more responsive. I used wynn’s and it don’t do nothing, I use revive and it works wonders.

    to clean the adblue injector try distilled water, i think it helps a lot. specially in clogged mercedes adblue injectors

    I was aleays taught you can't tune on a fault, so the first step of tuning is to return the car to standard and most of the time the customer is happy with that.

    Probably disabled the adblue injection and bypassed the differential pressure sensor readings. I'm not surprised it made no more power, if the dpf is blocked then upping the fuelling and boost is only going to block it up quicker.

    Hi there ! Just brought one of these a week ago , drove to work all week all fine a roads and motorways about 60 mile round trip about 250 miles.
    Then 5th day engine light ! Scanned with my cheap scanner p2002 , took it to my local mechanic scanned with his diagnostic who confirmed code but found no others were stored . dont think he realy understood what he was doing if I'm honest ! He sugested doing a re gen but his diagnostic wouldn't let him for some reason ? Thought this was a bit extreme without diagnosing the fault first , if I'm honest I'm glad he didn't do it !
    He reset the code and did a test drive to see if it stayed off , which it has for the last 2 days 🤞he said that if it was a serious issue it would come back strait away and that it may have been a glitch ?? .
    The person I brought it from didn't seem the kind of person that drives fast ! If you know what I mean . And I don't know if it has been driven round towns all its life ? It has full service history and not been messed with . It's been 2 days now and about 100 miles later and no light yet .
    After the mechanic finished I went to halfords put in some dpf cleaner fuel additive, put it into dynamic and took it onto the motorway trying to keep the revs above 2000rpm , as I came off at the junction I noticed the rpm at 1000 instead of 800 so I think it was doing a re gen, didn't want to stop it mid cycle so went back down motorway again. When I got to the next junction rpm was back to 800!
    Does this sound like a pressure sensor issue ? Thanks

      @@ORileysAutos Hoping it will stay off with some more aggressive driving 🤞if it does come back on I will be giving you a call ! Need to get it diagnosed early and you guys know your stuff !! Hopefully it needs one of your cleans .

    Hi jimmy when you remap and delete dpf then pressure sensor always reads 0 pressure so this one has not had dpf delete for sure.

    Hi Jimmy, in one of your videos without removing the dpf you used launch to clean, 50% water mix, can't seem to get it in Dublin, can you recommend a cleaner product to save me removing the dpf. Thanks

      When you pour down the liqvid engine was warm?

      Yes he did. I've done over 200 of these cars but 40% have the fault come back within a week. If you clean the DPF and remap the EGR it is a permanent fix

    If you disconnect the MAF EGR will stay closed 👍🏽👌🏽

    He will have deleted the p code. You shouldn't delete dpf unless the guts are ripped out the can.

      Yes. Due to the labour involved on this car I was suspicious they just done a software delete

    That car will go wrong again. 10mbar at idle to high for a complete clean so probably damaged or not reading correctly. will need a software update to return to original specification and hopefully there are no other faults that pop up when it's done (Normally the reason they delete and sell) I have seen many of these "delete" where actual DPF was not removed so blocked with no way to clean/regen

      Hi, I've got an issue where my dpf won't regen and I suspect it's been mapped as boost is too high.
      The soot value never changes. Does this indicate sometime has deleted the dpf via the map?

    The dumbest thing anyone can do is delete a dpf without removing it , he will get problems again , it will get blocked up with no way to regenerate

      No not really,,, you can put a blanking plate on, or if you have a good mapping guy he can map your car so that the EGR stays in the closed position, it’s not hard
