I have had mine for three days. I don’t know why but baby keeps on sagging after 30mins. She’s only 4,08kg. Any troubleshooting tips? If I tighten too much, baby cries perhaps it’s too tight.
Feeling like I want to return this product because my hands doesn’t feel free after awhile.
