Can you do a vid explain training like a bodybuilder vs training like an actor (more functional).....this would explain loads
Magnus thank you for always making such solid educational content. It’s easy to see how much work you put into these videos and not to mention the editing is always great. Inspiring is an understatement. Thank you so much
Thank you Melissa!
lol he's a joke among people who actually know about fitness.
So glad Magnus finally got his own channel!
So awesome!!
Such awesome results and so real! Thanks guys!
omg i loved this collab!!! both of y’all are amazing 👍🏼
Thank you Marielle!
Awesome content! Thank you so much!!!
So good. You can do more a little bit longer videos. They are awesome
Love Lexie limitless! Congrats on an amazing video! So informative and so fun to watch.
Thank you
Love this style of video!
Love your videos Magnus! You talk sense and have such a calm demeanour. Great to watch and motivates me to get going! Thanks so much! ❤
I appreciate that!
Please make a whole series like this it's amazing
Amazing! Thanks for posting this! This heightens may appreciation of what the actors/actresses must do to perform their roles. I also learned more about the process you put them through to get there. Do I need access to a gym for your training app? Thx.
Great video Magnus many thanks
Unreal great to watch
I really love your videos ❤️
You are the best. Thank you 😊
really interested to hear she was at 33% body fat. Glad people are having more and more conversations about health being more than just what the scales say - and doing it in such a positive way 💜
I know right? Thank you Magnus for keeping it real ❤️
no way was she at 33% body fat. She doesn't look like she has the body type to achieve that percentage or am I missing something? aha
Hi! What type of training/exercises you recommend for people with adrenal fatigue?
Great video!!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Awesome!!
Omg!!!!!!! Thanks for this epic collaboration!!
Thank you
This content is so necessary. You break it down in manner that seems doable.
Hi, just wanted to know if she is doing a cutting phase for the calories/macros you have given her ?
Thanks for being mindful about what eggs you are purchasing. I think it's great that you mentioned to do your research about where the eggs are coming from 👍
LoL
I love how they start talking about nutrition in the Pop tarts aisle 😂
I subscribe you both and I had the dilemma which video watch first
Haha same!!
175 gm of carbs does that come from grains and starchy vegetables as we don’t count the green veges?? Also should we hit the protein and fats everyday or do we have to hit the carbs as well?? Thanx so much
The bayern jersey in the gym and that box thingy in the kitchen 🙏🏼❤️
You also talked about monitoring the sleep and so on. Would have been nice to see some of this as well :) Would you mind sharing some on this as well here at the comments please?
I think he already has a video on sleep
@@kashdutt8538 merci
🔥🔥🔥
we can not simply copy her diet ... can you share her BMI an macro values, so that we can calculate ours on our BMI values or may be you can share how much protein, carb or fat as per Indiviusal's BMI or weight?
Could you do a challenge with Keltie O'Connor? I think you both would wear one another out, both being athletes and advocating sanity in training and eating.
Hey Magnus,
do you have any tips against nausea during and after workouts?
I always suffer from feeling sick to my stomach or even vomiting from excersise which makes me really nervous doing any kind of workout. I already tried switching workout times to midday or evenings, not eating anything before, eating before, eating after workouts and I can't figure out what the problem is. What is my body trying to tell me?
Hey, are you getting enough sleep? My BF used to have the same problem and it’s a lot better when he gets enough sleep. Also he drinks less water during the actual workout. I used to get that as well, but for me it was better when I took a bigger break between sets (especially during HIIT or cardio).
Hope it helps 🤗
I have a similar problem. Someone once told me to make sure I had carbs before workout, and also to not push myself so hard.
Magnus you're incredible! Can you see if my training split is good for muscle mass hypertrophy, body recomposition and adequate rest?
Day 1: Chest and Triceps
Day 2: Back and Biceps
Day 3: Leg
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Upper Body
Day 6: Lower Body
Day 7: Rest
Magnus I wish I could get your training help and advise
Did Gal took protein powder or not?
You mentioned that sleep was a part of this program. Would love to hear how that plays into the workout plan
I would kill for this opportunity
We need more men's Superhero programs on the app. It's time to hit us with the Beast 2.0, Magnus.
I hear you, on its way!
@@magnus_method Thank you for the content, Magnus.
2x speed
I did it when she was speaking 🤣 god she speaks slowly!! Why am I so anxious lol
What are good carbs to have?
- Avoid _''white''_ processed carbs - white bread, pasta, rice, anything processed or ultra processed
- Never drink your (carb-based) calories. That means, never drink anything with carbs.
- Best carbs are *_slow_* carbs - those carbs often contain lots of fiber and have a mix of low glycemic index _(no sudden blood glucose spike)_ and lower net carb content than processed foods or ''quick'' carbs
Some slow carbs include:
- Whole Grain products
- Legumes, pulses
- Beans, lentils
- Certain fruits _(most have quick carbs though)_
- Certain vegetables
- Sweet Potatoes
- Quinoa
- Nuts and nut butters _(nuts or already pretty low in carbs, but they aren't carb free. They have excellent fats and proteins)_
@@ProtoMarcus thank you so much for the information and response .
Magnus, what do you think of Bone Broth protein?
Good for you but!
@@magnus_method But...? haha!
Is there a big difference in Macros from the wonder women and tomb raider diet?
She did keto in Lara Croft due to filming there is a video on it somewhere on his channel I believe
@@myneverendingjourney1497 thank you
Is there Sucralose ? Or Malto Dexron in it?
What are you referring to? The LMNT electrolytes?
According to the website, there are
No Sugar
No Gluten
No Fillers
No Artificial Ingredients
Doesn't seem to be any artificial sweeteners
It's great to see these muscle building vids, but I'd love to see you work with some people with more body fat on them.. I'd like to see what a diet/workout routine would look like for someone whose primary goal is fat loss, and muscle gain is secondary, because I suspect it would look pretty different
Lexie makes a great Lara Croft!
Agreed
She's too sweet to be the real Lara 😂
Tan on the beach, throw up after meals. hahahaha. I'm a moster
CAN you get The Rock and/or Jason Derulo in for a session?
Lexie has the body I want
What happend to old School weight-training to look like Rachel McLish and Cory Everson Penny Price.
I wish you can train me
If only roofers were paid as highly
Wow. This beautiful lanky woman started at 33% body fat which is technically the definition of obese in her age category? Then only went down to 27% body fat? It goes to show standards can be deceptive. She is the true definition of "skinny fat", but it fit! I'm not an expert, but is this because she is an ectomorph body type; thin and low muscle, who also has a harder time to gain muscle? So interesting. When I was 18% body fat I was not as thin as her. No wonder I am so strong. I am stonger than the average man even. I have a larger long frame and a lot of muscle for a woman. It was a very inspiring video for me, and made me less hard on myself. I love these different real life stories and results. Very motivational across the spectrum.

cholesterol level. 3 eggs a day is heavy.
NO
Not quite -
- Eggs consistently raise HDL (the “good”) cholesterol.
- In 70% of people, eggs had no effect on total or “bad” LDL cholesterol. However, in 30% of people - called hyper-responders - these markers do go up slightly
- People who have predominantly large LDL particles have a lower risk of heart disease. So even if eggs cause mild increases in total and LDL cholesterol levels, it’s not a cause for concern
- Eggs are among the most nutritious foods on the planet. They contain important brain nutrients and powerful antioxidants that protect your eyes.
- Overall, eating eggs is perfectly safe, even if you’re eating up to 3 whole eggs per day.
That said, it is important to remember that not all eggs are the same. Most eggs at the supermarket come from factory-raised chickens fed grain-based feeds, so aim for Omega-3 enriched ones, or eggs from hens that are raised on pastures.
Quality eggs are among the best foods on the planet!
I used to think the same, then I researched a lot about them, they are not harmful at all. Don’t believe me, do your own research and then let us know
A woman gaining 6 pounds of muscle in 45 days!!!!! Please do not make me laugh again... Please...
Be carefull Magnus, there are plenty of debunkers on youtube right now.
@@gostikamusic even dexa scans are inaccurate. 6 pounds of contractil tissue in 45 days in a women means only 2 things: PEDs or lies.
Leaner bodies always look more muscular
The maximum in a man is a pound a month.
This type of videos give very false hopes to regular people. Magnus was doing so nice on youtube but now he had to start with the hollywood BS...
I cannot sustain to look at her talking for more than 20 seconds.
How does this guy end up training celebrities? He puts nonsensical pointless rubbish into his programs. Why do people pay for this?
Man she's hotter than Gal Gadot.
Her form was so terrible, how anyone will use this as "educational" is beyond me. Research proper form when performing these exercises, form is crucial when looking for results and avoiding injury.
✌️.
Wonder Women gained no muscle mass for the role very skinny but the Amazon Warriors were better built she should've trained harder and ate more meat she should've been more stronger looking than the other Women.
