It's interesting hearing him talk about this. I've never had a problem with overeating or eating the wrong foods, so I'm always fascinated with people who have those issues. It's a huge accomplishment that he has stuck with it. It sounds like a lifestyle change for him.
I like how he says that while eating is boring but times between eating you feel great.
Obviously, he's being funny. You can find great food that isn't calorie dense.
As an ethnic Korean, much of traditional Korean food is soups and vegetables (and rice). I like that type of food way more than a burger.
I was 242 pounds at the age of 16 and I started fasting and getting my cardio in. Now I’m 18 and 185 pounds. Still trying to cut down a bit more then start trying to get some muscle.
