Instead if immersing in that tamrind water directly allow it heat on flame make it thick paste and cool then add this avallaki tari... It will not be sticky...

Can't we soak whole poha? Why should we grind it coarse and make it like a Porridge? 😂😂
The whole poha absorbs the water content in the dish too soon and it becomes dry and stays so...

@@savithamallya4875 It's never done with the whole avalakki soaked since it won't become infused with the aroma of spices in a full-bodied manner. Moreover it's not even made to porridge consistency like you mistakenly presume it to be. It's ground coarse enough to absorb the right blend of moisture and spices, like what's been clearly demonstrated in the video.
