I can totally see myself or Joey as a white in Mexico. Especially I being an undefeatable Children's Card Games champion drinking whine in streets. Like Antonio Banderas or Miguel from Tekken. I am swarty, so I pass.
And while I drink... you come to me and I say "Nanda te?". And you challenge me to your last lengendary duel. Like Jaden.
cringe
Joey is a true hero
Alejandro C. Agreed! Joey is the best!!! :D
Best character in Yugioh period.
Without a doubt!
I agree. Jounouichi Katsuya/Joey Wheeler is and will always be the comeback king! The guy has a unique way of coming back in every duel after a 1st turn bonehead move. Examples: Improper summon--Espa Roba, Improper Effect Usage--Mako Tsunami, and, who could forget, Gust of Wind nearly blows away starting hand--Fake Malik/Rishido/Odion

I think it's because he's inexperienced but actually very clever. He doesn't know how to deal with situations at first, but once he figures out what the situation is, he usually thinks of a creative/effective way to get out of it.
Gold Logic
Hmm... I agree, except I'd say that Joey's deck is based on luck in Grand Championship but not Waking the Dragons. In Waking the Dragons, Joey's deck is actually really interesting: it uses destruction effects (with Gearfried the Swordsmaster and Lord of the Red) and turn-ending effects (Celebration of Creation) to shut down the opponent's deck, and it includes some cards (Lord of the Red, Knight of Dark Dragon, Blue Flame Swordsman) that improve the flow of the deck.
Then, for some reason, in Grand Championship Joey's deck is suddenly largely based around luck. I think it certainly made it seem like Joey just relied on luck, although actually he was very skilled and had a strategically interesting deck in previous seasons.
Tuathadestrider
That's what I said. In Grand Championship his deck was immensely weakened and the strategies were much more simplistic than even the City Duels arc.
I mean, c'mon, he had that Trap that reverted the attack of opponent's monster to one of his own on the field. It was clearly stronger.
I really like this Joey theme during battle city arc
1: I wanna dance to this
2: Kind of a Solemn Tune
3: Pretty cool
4: Awesome
3:28 that saxophone really stands out every scene it's played in

I love the second theme. Thanks for uploading this.
You're welcome. I'm really glad you and others are enjoying it. And I just realized it took me nine months to reply to this...I really have to get better about replying to these comments. XD Well, I guess better late than never. Thanks again!
Lillymu961 It's ok, Lillymu961. We all get busy with stuff lol; as for me though, not to busy to listen to Jounouichi's themes again! lolol; Encore!
floodinmon14 Awww, thank you. I appreciate that. I will definitely have to look up some more of Jounouchi's themes then. Perhaps make another one of these. Thanks again for the support.
yvw :)
the 2nd one made me cry when i was watching episode 128
Still my favorite character in all of yugioh. Fuck man the nostalgia is too strong here for me
this is one of my favorite anime shows ever and it really made my childhood, i loved watching it and playing with the cards. i just rewatched again from start to finish and like that old saying says all good things must come to an end and that can also be applied to real life and that kills me. this ending was incomplete but so sad and nostalgic because i dont know what are they up to when atem left them and i hate when my favorite characters leave. joey and the pharaoh were always my favorite characters and i enjoyed yugi's rivalry with seto just as much i loved joey fooling around but when things got tight they would always pull through with their friendship and strong bond they share. one unresolved matter that bugs me was that mai and joey never got the chance to become something more than friends. i love the entire group and their strong bond that cant never be broken i am gonna miss them, who knows perhaps we'll get the chance to revisit them some day and i would really like that. great tribute especially because joey is my favorite character
but there will be a new movie
Joey is my fav character to!
I would be lying if I didn't say that I watch this video to vent, especially listening to the second song.
Joey's second theme has a saxophone in it, and I love saxophones.
RED EYES BURACK DORAAAGON!
Lava Golem kogeki! Jounouchi faiya!!!
Joey l love you!
Brooklyn Rage!

Oh fuck
I paid a lot of money to keep that pic in secret xD
Haha! My apologies Mr. Kaiba, but I'm afraid you just can't beat my network. ;D
+Lillymu961 You are triying to say that not everything can be fixed with money?...
The most crazy thing that I ever heard
Seto Kaiba Crazy but true, Mr. Kaiba. Crazy but true. XD Although a hefty paycheck from Kaiba Corp. would certainly be nice.
But...the money...is the money...money can do everything, is like god...but real
Seto Kaiba Lol! Mr. Kaiba. You still have so much to learn. By the way, how's trying to beat Yugi going?
Does anyone know the name of the second theme?
Netsuki Omoi.
Joey's real name is called Joe Blow. it is very true.
What is Nakama from?
I'll be honest, I'm not entirely sure. I would have to look it up, but I believe it's from Yu-Gi-Oh Duel Monsters Sound Duel 2 or 3. I will have to look it up again to be certain. I used the Japanese title for it instead of the English, but when I find it I'll be sure to tell ya. Thanks for the support. Hope you enjoyed the video.
