A question here , why wont my sicce 500 powerhead come off fron the csnister itself for cleaning . Many attempts . Just wont come off . i use sicce only in my aquariums 2 plus decades nerver hafd this problem .

I would check the propeller and make sure nothing has it jammed. If isn’t that i would contact their customer support. I haven’t had that issues on any of my 500’s.

Lol I can't even get the main head off the canister it stuck . meaning it will not come off . Many yrs experience with sicce from small to large . I'm really perplexed . I even had a man try it won't come off . Thanks .
