7 eggs
green onion
200 grams of cucumber
150 grams of tuna
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
Recipe 2:
700 grams of potatoes
rosemary
Garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons olive oil

That's the longest 2 minutes I've ever seen. Why don't these videos speed up the time when it comes to peeling seven eggs or dicing? I have greater appreciation for creators who know when to speed up or edit for sake of time. Anyone else agree?

My mother made this when I was growing up. She added condiments that we liked and were available, such as celery instead of cucumber or onion instead of scallions. We didn't have money for fancy things, but this was terrific.

My family has used this tuna for generations. Two suggestions:
1). use "hot" Chinese mustard for an extra kick
2) serve it on toasted raisin bread or English Muffins.
The raisins add just a touch of sweet.

My Mom made this recipe back in the 1950’s for a summer dinner. She served it on toasted sourdough bread and we called it delicious!!! I still make it year round.

Bring the eggs to boil and then cut the eye off, cover w. a lid for 10 minutes and done just the same, saving 10 minutes of gas/electricity. A trick I just learned and now on a diabetes diet, I eat eggs every day. I alternate w. tuna fish sandwiches w. deviled egg salad.
