Should Jett Lawrence become the BAD GUY?

- After watching the Detroit round of the 2024 Monster Energy Supercross Season I could only think of one thing. Should Jett Lawrence embrace being the bad guy? After his fight with Jason Anderson last round maybe he should. We're all trying to bring more eyes to SX and maybe this is the way to do it. As the rest of the Supercross Live rounds continue maybe we'll see a different side of Jett as he finds his place in the 450 class.

You're trippin mate. Jetts just a nice kid with a lot of passion. All the hate is coming from Americans. You guys just want one of your own to win. You're all just looking for a reason to hate him. He's gunna dominate for years to come. Deal with it.
all the more reason for him to lean into it. he’s got a whole country behind him. think mcgregor in ufc having all of ireland behind him. he used that to fuel everything. jett should too. that would really piss americans off but i would love it 😂
@tylermonks yeah it's a fun idea to play with. I've thought about it before too. I don't know if Jett wants to be hated though. I've heard his old boy say he doesn't want any negativity around him. He just wants to have a laugh and be happy. I wouldn't be surprised if they've had the discussion though.
definitely that’s all i was trying to do was play with the idea. drama brings views but that’s all up to jett what he wants to do. more power to him if he just wants to go out and have fun. that’s what we should all strive for 👍 i appreciate the dialogue though man that’s what i want

c’mon bro there’s just no way you can “become” the bad guy unless you ARE the bad guy! The average person just can’t take on so much hate unless that’s how they’re geared. I personally think its f#&king infantile that people hate on Jett because he’s “always shoved down our throats” …what a joke. How is that Jetts fault? Why aren’t they hating on the people doing the shoving? BTW I think it’s well and truly time we all moved on from Jett vs JA21 …pretty sure those boys have 🤷♂️
just an idea that i had that i wanted to play with. maybe i should’ve made that more clear that i don’t hate jett and i don’t think he’s a bad guy. because i agree with the amount of hate he gets so i was thinking why not embrace it? maybe you’re right jett’s not that guy, which i kinda agree with too. i’m sure getting jett “shoved down our throats” is part of the plan from his team though. i don’t see how it couldn’t be. so i think it’s fair to hate on him a bit for it
@@tylermonks All good brother and Id be lying if I wasn’t wondering which way this would turn at one point myself. TBH I’ve been listening to waaay to much Pulp bs and their kind the last couple of weeks and its straight up got me questioning the future of humanity 🫣🤣 Ive always seen you as someone with more intelligence than all of them put together and nothing has changed on that front. @@tylermonks Smart move, its easy to get lost down that rabbit hole! Most of it’s just drivel. They banged on for hours about Macadoos junk last week on all the podcasts to the point where i genuinely questioned my love of this sport (only been riding and following for 30 years!) At least it took the heat off Jett for a bit. I feel Jett should buy Macadoo a car or something 🤣 I’ve seen you ride on this channel and you absolutely rip mate and I’ve always enjoyed your take from a riders perspective. Keep it WFO 👍
