That stinking track in our once beautiful community choked us all with sand during a hurricane that came through. Not to mention it looks like crap. In my book it's a serious crime.

Honestly, I don't like it. Camera goes up and down all the time because it tries to keep you in the center of the frame. Whie balance is all over the place all the time. I just don't see any reason to buy it over the DJI for example. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Dude. That's like a dream to live in a house like that! Unfortunately, the only bikes I own at the moment are 2 CRF 70s for my kids to ride on my father's acre. I'd LOVE to have a place to ride a proper mx bike again.

first off all you do research but not enough otherwise you would come to this conclusion... one - they've always made whoops by a "loader" or by a "dozer" + skiddy as their choices for equipment to do so two - the choice of the loader vrs dozer build breaks down to the dirt composition; the more hard pack soils allow for loader whoops since the chance of the loader getting offf balance is less likely and then also the loader doesn't have a blade level articulation like the dozer does... which allows the dozer the choice for the softer soils three - the way the whoops break down has to do with SOIL COMPOSITION ONLY four - they have been using softer soil mixtures in order to develop the track in usually a more rutted fashion.... check the history of races and how frequently you used to see blue groove tracks made with much more clay and a lot less sand in the blend of the dirt used.

When I watched that crash I definitely thought, wtf, concrete so close to the track? Definitely a safer solution is needed!

id be out there from the second i got home from school to dark every day without fail and all day on saturday and right after church on sunday, they cant do anything, you were there first, AND, they chose to buy a house next to a dirt bike track! You cant light a spark in a pool of gasoline and not expect it to blow up. you cant put a house next to a dirtbike track and not expect noise. absolutely absurd anybody complains or calls the cops.

Absolutely!! There should b a riders committee, if it doesn't already exist. These riders put their lives on the line and deserve a voice with regards to track conditions etc.

Couple of trucks won’t get you very far. I don’t think you people understand how much you would need for coverage. Literally complained about everything. Change it to flat track. Wait people get paralyzed doing that also. There is no solution that’ll take away the risk

Tomac is my number one guy. I love to watch him race. Although I think the 450s are brutal. I wish they would make a 350 bike and class. 450 beats me up. and I feel I'm too heavy for a stock 250. So I'm stuck racing 450s.

Even an old version of Tomac coming off injury going Beast Mode is still faster than Jett or anyone else, think about that. dude is a living legend showing levels

same in all sports, profits come first...why do nascar tracks have grass next to the race surface? so the cars flip and get tv ratings etc. same here.

Way more injuries from riders hitting the track than concrete walkway.

Sand, dirt, inflatable bags, hell the floor they use for gymnastics that’s got springs underneath it! ANYTHING is better than landing on freakin concrete!!! It’s insane that these guys are risking their lives for our entertainment (I know that’s not the only reason) and they can’t make it as safe as possible for when they INEVITABLY CRASH!!!! It’s insane. I pray Forkner is ok and makes a full recovery. I totally agree though, we need to do better to protect these riders!

200 and 300cc bikes would slow them down to less insane speeds.

Even freestyle has soft landings now. Air mat would be cool. Even soft dirt or sand maybe. Idk hitting concrete has to be worse. But the biggest problem i have is them walking the riders off the track. Even if the rider doesnt want to be put on a gernie they need to because adrenaline covers injuries pretty well.

On the race entries, are the riders signing away any rights they have against the AMA, Vendor, Sponsors, etc. that might/should be responsible for the conditions they race on? I read about the backboard subject and it has been reported that protocols have changed regarding the use of the backboards. The reason being that they in fact don't support the injury but rather make it worse for the patient. Just sharing what I read.
