  • At Alpine Tap Mobile Bar, we used the WFCO WF 8740 A.D. converter for our electrical needs. This way we could have 120 V and also 12 V DC inside of the trailer for many different purposes. Check out our video to see how we ran wire through our mobile bar, used an RV converter, put a shoreline in, placed 120 lights and outlets, and also 12 volts ceiling lights. This converter than was connected to a Lithium battery. Follow our Bar’s Transformation!

      Hi Maria,
I haven’t forgot about the list. I will post tonight. The bad weather has kept me busy lately.
      Thanks,

What is your main source of power for this rv converter? Do you run off an RV plug in from a generator? 110 outlet and extension cord? I’m sort of lost.

If I need the outlets or the back wall lights on, I would either run an extension cord from a power source (generator/inverter/ or simply an outlet from a venue) to my “shoreline” plug in. This is then powering my 120, but at the same time charging my Lithium battery. So even if I don’t have 120 V AC power- I can still run the 12V DC ceiling lights off of the lithium battery.

I personally have an inverter that is much quieter than a generator.
