- The plaintiff says he was driving on the highway when the defendant crashed into the side of his car and took off. Turns out she had no license and was in a rental. He’s suing for the cost of the repairs. The defendant insists the plaintiff sideswiped her, not the other way around. She’s countersuing for repairs and emotional distress.
Defendant isn't ready for a library card, much less a driver's license.
I don't find the defendant as charming as JM does, frankly she bugs the hell out of me.
The young lady must be acting in delusion, but if not she needs to remain a passenger. No wonder why her mom didn't come to court --- saved herself the embarrassment.

I see she was going to have a attitude but Judge redirected it by laughing away her dishonesty. Good thing her mother let her know she's a liar!
I was a young driver once. But... Her attitude is far to relaxed for someone who hit a person and had no insurance.
Defendant has a long road to travel in life with an attitude like that.

This defendant is not capable of living on her own or managing her own business, she's not quite mature enough to understand how the world works, but she must have a wonderful mother, who's raised her and sheltered her and kept her innocent, and that's nice - but she's going to have a steep learning curve when she starts her own life.
She was acting fake sad 😂 talking about “I’ve been having headaches everyday 😕”
The funny part is she's dead serious 😅
