what a lesson to the kids that's a foundation that mostly stays in the mind and give kids courage and self-confidence and have problem solving skills. I also learnt a lot from this lesson that will help me in the future.

Woooowww the before and after scenario were really such great improvements of what could have happened when we dont know how to express
But the trainer said these are not real life situations
But no these are definitely real life, these situations have and can happen..
