I've seen dialogue like this before. It's written by asian tv show writers who are writing english dialogue using their limited vocabulary. It's then read by foreigners(in this case it looks like models) who are doing their best to speak clearly and enunciate so their speech can be understood by the asian market the writers are targeting. It's all horribly awkward but not technically wrong speech/sentences.

And Madarin is way harder to begin with. You can't really reach native fluency if you started after 12, even if you really try. You'd have to live in the country for years.

Actually no, that's wrong. The dialogue in the commercial isn't coming from the actors, you can see it especially near the end where the dialogue doesn't sync with their lips. There was likely a voiceover done after the video was filmed in order to get better sound quality. Also the voices strongly sound like asians who don't have a good grasp of natural sounding english.
