For those wondering why out of the box the calculator gives different answers or says 12 P_Yr it because by default calculator is set to 12 payments per year. To solve it, just press 1 then orange shift, then PMT button. For the Orange shift the PMT button function is P/YR. After this everytime u clear all with orange shift & C, u shall see it shows 1 P_Yr.
